JAKARTA, Investortrust.id – Indonesia’s state-owned mining holding company PT Mineral Industri Indonesia, known as MIND ID, has overhauled its board of directors and created three new strategic positions as part of a broader transformation agenda, according to a statement released Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
The changes were approved during MIND ID’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held in Jakarta on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The meeting was led by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, which oversees the company on behalf of the government.
In the latest reshuffle, three existing directors have been replaced. Aditya Kusumo has been appointed as Director of Finance and Investment, replacing Akhmad Fazri. Kuswantoro Pranabudi now serves as Director of Portfolio and Development, taking over from Dilo Seno Widagdo. Meanwhile, Firman Santyabudi has been named Director of Risk Management, Legal, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment).
To support the company’s ongoing strategic pivot, MIND ID has also created three new directorates. Budi Santoso has been appointed Director of Mineral Resource Processing Planning; Tedy Badrujaman will serve as Director of Downstream Strategy and Mineral Ecosystem; and Pambudi Sunarsihanto takes on the role of Director of Corporate Transformation and Human Capital Management.
President Director Maroef Sjamsoeddin and Vice President Director Dany Amrul Ichdan will continue in their respective roles.
The supervisory board remains unchanged, with Fuad Bawazier serving as President Commissioner. He is supported by Independent Commissioners Agung Setya Imam Effendi, Nugroho Widyotomo, and Pamitra Wineka, along with Commissioners Astera Primanto Bhakti, Grace Natalie, and Tri Winarno.
The restructuring comes as MIND ID intensifies its efforts to lead Indonesia’s mineral downstreaming strategy and bolster sustainability practices across its mining operations. The new positions are expected to strengthen the company’s focus on resource optimization, human capital, and ecosystem development.
